Professional experience with MS Office, MS Excel & Power Point with excellent writing and editing skills

Copy, scan and store documents
File documents in physical and digital records in organized way
Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
Create New templates for future use
Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
Manage and Monitor the flow of documentation within the organization
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
Familiarity in Tender & Project stages.
