The roles & responsibilities of ‘HR sales’ person will not be limited to:
– Responsible for all the HR activities related to the internal staff members.
– Should have extensive experience in recruitment and selection process as would be responsible for manpower management.
– Ensuring proper induction & training provided to new joinees.
– Support target and incentive rollout for all sales team members including ensuring awareness, appreciation and alignment by sales team on the same.
– Drive People Agenda in sales team through pre planned reach out activities at regular intervals.
– Ensure & facilitate sales processes like weekly, fortnightly and monthly scheduling of meetings facilitating the communication flow & alignment of the entire system as well as providing a channel of feedback from people to the organization.
– Collate & verify the sales tracker and track deviations if any.
– Performance Management & Development – Facilitate goal setting, measures, review and final rating and maintaining records of the same.
– Regular update on sharing HR best practices in the industry with specific reference to sales team.
– Facilitating in Identifying training needs for the branch & in executing training calendar for the entire sales team and other team members through internal and external resources.
– Managing the attrition of the team and ensuring the exit tracking and process implementation.
– Ensure full & final settlements including statutory obligations are fulfilled for the employees.
– Engagement interventions with the team to improvise on their productivity and effectiveness.
– Prepare and follow up on the career progression plan and development of the same.
– Closing maintenance leads and handling the customer’s complaints if any.
– Recording the client’s data on daily basis.
– Handling internal complaints & grievances if any.
– Recording leave data for internal team members and raising issue if any discrepancies.
– Overall in charge of supervising day today activities of all the departments, functions and ensuring the smooth businesses
– Making overall HR & Sales report and sharing it with the senior management on weekly & fortnightly basis.
