We are urgently seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Senior HR Administrator to join our team in JLT, Dubai.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as a HR Generalist / Senior HR Administrator in Construction company in the UAE, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of MOHRE laws, regulations and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
