Job Responsibilities:
- Should have a strong communication skills
- Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Experience in Emails and Chats in Professional and timely manner.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints on offered services.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
