A big outsourcing /Recruitment company is looking for marketing staff

Selected Candidates who fit the following criteria will be called for the interview:‎
Wide range of knowledge in recruitment and outsourcing in UAE market
Reviewing new business opportunities and clients.‎
Following up inbound leads and client requests.‎
Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review telephone calls.‎
Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on ‎the database.‎
Attend regular business and social networking events.‎
Proactively generating own leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone (cold-‎call/inbound), referral, networking, and industry events.‎
Keep our clients database up to date with new clients and updates on client information.‎
Providing outsourcing and recruitment to many well-known and successful international and ‎local companies in the UAE
Carrying out the Vendor Registration and Pre – Qualification process with clients in Oil and Gas ‎Industry
Responding to RFI/RFP/RFQ and reaching top-spot in the PSL (Preferred Suppliers List) of the ‎clients
Experience of carrying out effective bid management
Requirements:‎
