A big outsourcing /Recruitment company is looking for marketing staff
Selected Candidates who fit the following criteria will be called for the interview:
Wide range of knowledge in recruitment and outsourcing in UAE market
Reviewing new business opportunities and clients.
Following up inbound leads and client requests.
Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review telephone calls.
Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database.
Attend regular business and social networking events.
Proactively generating own leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone (cold-call/inbound), referral, networking, and industry events.
Keep our clients database up to date with new clients and updates on client information.
Providing outsourcing and recruitment to many well-known and successful international and local companies in the UAE
Carrying out the Vendor Registration and Pre – Qualification process with clients in Oil and Gas Industry
Responding to RFI/RFP/RFQ and reaching top-spot in the PSL (Preferred Suppliers List) of the clients
Experience of carrying out effective bid management
Requirements:
