Immediate hiring for Officer - Operations (Rent a car operations)
Level - Supervisory
Mandatory - Rent a car experience.
Major Roles
Administrating Daily Action Report.
Ensuring delivery of vehicles to customers on prompt time by monitoring Turnaround time of Service/ Repair/ Passing.
Prompt customer service coordination through internal & external service teams.
Monitoring Deviation Report and updating in ERP.
Coordinating with customers having Block fine to remove.
Collaboration with customers/ sales staff for list of vehicles with branding & permits with expiry dates, Parking permits etc.
Liaising with PRO & customers for releasing impounded and police custody cases immediately upon receiving the information.
Education : Any Graduate
Familiar with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & system knowledge.
Preference to automotive industry experience immediate joiners.
