To serve and assist guests. To set-up display counter and to keep the dining area always clean.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform opening and closing tasks as per company procedure.

2. Ensure that service area is always kept clean and organized.

3. Familiarize himself of all food and beverage items offered in assigned location.

4. Attend pre-service briefings.

5. Checking of supplies and equipment used and reporting to the supervisor in case of damages.

6. Monitors food products to reduce spoilage and wastage.

7. Serves food and beverages as per company standards.

8. Clear tables, used plates, glasses and cutlery.

9. Handle guest inquiries in a courteous and official manner and report complaints and feedback to the supervisor

10. Report any incident involving guests or staff to the supervisor.

11. Assists in carrying out inventories of products and operating equipment.

12. Complies with internal and legal requirements for fire, health & safety and hygiene.

13. Understand and adhere to the rules, regulations and standard procedures of the company.

14. Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by superiors.
