Direct calls to the appropriate person or department as needed.

Provide information and assistance to callers with inquiries or requests.

Operate and manage the telephone system, including transferring calls and setting up conference calls.

Take messages accurately and ensure they reach the intended recipient.

Monitor and respond to voice mail messages or email inquiries if applicable.

Maintain a directory of company contacts and employees for efficient call routing.

Comply with company guidelines and procedures for telephone communication.

Assist with general office tasks or administrative duties as required.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional and courteous demeanor in handling phone calls.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with telephone systems and call routing procedures is a plus but not required.

Previous experience as a Telephone Operator or in customer service is beneficial.

Basic knowledge of office software and email communication.

Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
