As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in making sure that the client experience is a positive one. You will help coordinate communication between the client, agents, and other key stakeholders throughout the entire buying or selling process.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• To be the main point of contact to clients, effectively answering and responding to inquiries in a timely fashion and providing support where necessary
• To ensure all relevant executive and legal documents are completed for clients
• To effectively problem solve and make decisions based on knowledge of the real estate business
