Two years’ experience working for hotel; and/or other guest service-related experience.
•Opera knowledge is a must
•Strong organization and time management skills
•Proven ability to work efficiently in a demanding and fast paced environment
•Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Opera Sales & Catering
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
•Keen attention to detail and timeliness.
