Hiring a Call Center Agent
Key Responsibilities:
Handling high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels.
Deal with outbound calls to target potential customers and be required to meet conversion quotas and KPIs.
Meet our customer SLA’s to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle calendar appointments for the field sales team.
Handle customer enquiries and emails.
Manage and handle customer complaints, escalating to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring accurate reporting.
Perform other work as required and assigned.
