Administrative Assistant required urgently for an Audit & Financial Consulting firm in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Acting as the face of the entity and first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
• Following up on the manager/executive’s important tasks and deadlines.
• Organizing meetings.
• Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, on daily activities.
• Managing databases, document control and filing systems.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative processes.
• Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.
• Various ad hoc requests.
Requirements:
• Relevant work experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Assistant will be added advantage.
• A Bachelor degree is a must.
• Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to multitask and time management skills.
• Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Professional discretion & efficiency.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Honesty and reliability.
• Attention to detail.
