• Job Description
– Answer and assist incoming phone calls.
– photocopy, collate, and fax documents.
– Daily checking of emails and portals.
– Checking and forwarding LPOs to the operations.
– Preparing daily delivery list schedule.
– Dealing with email enquiries.
– Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
– Help organize office activities.

• Candidate Requirements
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Organizational and time management skills.
– Can work under pressure.
– Flexible.
– Computer proficiency.
– Strong email communication skills.
– Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
– Freshers can apply.
– Preferably Filipino.
