1. Maintaining the billing system.
2. Generating invoices and account statements.3.
Performing account reconciliations.
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
Producing monthly financial and management reports.
Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
