Receptionist required for Exhibition company located in Jebel Ali.
The main responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Answering incoming phone calls and re-direct as appropriate, take adequate messages when required.
Meets and greets visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member
Receives mails delivered by courier. Arranging for pickup and delivery of courier.
Respond to incoming inquiries.
Monitor and report entries in the office staff attendance register. Ensures that all employees are signed in when arrived in the office.
Provides secretarial support to the Management team when required.
Providing telemarking support and arrange meetings for the Sales team
Cold calling to potential clients from database
Sending out company’s introduction emails.
About You:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, front desk support role;
• Telemarketing experience would add an advantage;
• Fluent in English: speak, read and write;
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Assertive, flexible and willing to learn.
