Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a delightful dining experience for our guests.

Order Taking: Accurately take customer orders, answer inquiries, and make menu recommendations as needed.

Table Maintenance: Set up tables, clean and sanitize utensils, and ensure a clean dining environment at all times.

Food and Beverage Delivery: Serve meals and beverages promptly, ensuring the correct order is delivered to the right table.

Payment Processing: Handle customer payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Salary: 3 500 Dhs.
