We are urgently looking for an Accounts Assistant who will undertake the following job responsibilities:
Issue of Revenue invoices, credit notes and receipts from customers
Preparation of Payroll and file payroll documents
Handling of motor Insurance and claims.
Preparation of various bank deposits
Create and update expense reports
Prepare daily Vessel cost analysis report
Enter financial transactions in Sage database
Checking of excel sheet reports for precision and errors
Assist Financial Controller with audit, forecasts and other financial information to management.
