• Responsible for accountability of all sales and money transactions made
• Acknowledges guests upon entrance into retail facility
• Assists guests by preparing any special orders requested
• Collects applicable fees from patrons as they arrive
• Upsells and promotes Troon Programs
• Updates daily sales targets for merchandise and golf academy
• Prepares golf shop and kiosk signage
• Tracks Demo and Kiosk rental clubs
• Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the Director of Golf
• Attends Weekly Staff Meetings
• Track and maintain records of lost and found items
• Presents merchandise in attractive displays, changes/updates displays on a regular.
