We are looking for Call Center Agent
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Handling customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
Managing and resolving customer complaints
providing customers with product and service information
Recording new customer information into system
updating existing customer information
Processing orders, forms and applications
Identifying and escalating priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Complete call logs
Produce call reports.
