We are looking for an Admin and Accounts Assistant to perform daily administrative and accounting tasks that will support team. The successful candidate must have at least 2 years proven experience in the field of air conditioning maintenance company.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
• Proactively manage a wide range of administrative and accounts duties and processes
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
• Create and update expense reports
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
