We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English language.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for carrying out the daily activities of the office to deliver an excellent staff experience.

Also, you will be required to provide secretarial support, manage mail, and carry out all filling.

Carry out daily administrative activities of the office while adhering to company standards, policies and procedures.

Control and maintaining of MD’s personal financial expenses that goes along with his family expenditures.

To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 plus additional allowances based on performance.
