Key Responsibilities:
Provides a professional secretarial job for senior executives especially the General Manager, answering and & screening phone calls, dealing with correspondence and writing letters where appropriate to ensure that all matters are dealt with efficiently and appropriately.
Overall Coordination of office administration including diary/time management of the General Manager, meetings, travel arrangements and regular communication of appointments.
Prepare meeting schedules making prior arrangements, meeting agendas, registering, typing and filing minutes of meetings.
Observes and applies strict levels of confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to work performance and in providing services for the administration of personal affairs.
Planning of travel requests for the General Manager and family and accompanying delegates.
Set up and maintain office files, correspondence and reports and to keep them available for reference and efficient operation of the office.
Prepare and produce high standards reports, documents and presentations.
Multi-tasking, adapting and taking initiative in varying work tasks, responsibilities and situations.
Will carry out specific projects, research, and other reasonable duties as needed.
