Required for a reputed Company an efficient Secretary having a good secretarial and administrative background with the following capabilities: 1. Secretarial work handling self-correspondence, front office reception, telephone operation, general office and administration duties. 2. Ensure all correspondence and filing is done properly and up-to-date. 3. Has good knowledge of daily accounting functions. 4.Coordinating between all administrative and operations department tasks and furnishing the required information. 5. Dealing with the suppliers and their representatives for supply of all the business requirements. 6. Schedule clients meeting for the Manager. 7. Prepare minutes of meeting and follow up on action. 8. Any other task assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
1. Graduate in any discipline. 2. Minimum 3 years experience preferably in a fast paced office. 3. Highly proficient in computers. 4. Good accounting background with accounting experience preferred.5. Excellent communications skills. 6. Very well organized. 7. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked independently with minimal supervision.
