The primary responsibility – Monitoring & Maintaining correctness of entire Inventory

Key Responsibilities :
Running inventory reports every day and ensuring that physical inventories are
matching.
Ensuring that inventories available in Warehouse location is in retail ready condition.
Monitoring the heat map and constantly advising WH team to re-arrange.
Ensuring that tagging of the products are with proper barcodes and item numbers.
Conducting surprise auditing of inventories and reporting the findings, initiating
corrective actions.
Liaising with imports & exports team on purchase receipts and sales shipments.
Liaising with Quality Control team and ensuring timely inventory updates and sale of
inventory.
Oversee storage of products, particularly the fragile items stocked in the facility.
Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status
upon delivery and storage conditions)
Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).
Maintaining MIS on Inventory of all Brands and Product Groups.

Requirements :
Proven work experience as a Stock Controller or similar role.
Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
Working knowledge of inventory management.
Well versed working on software (e.g. Oracle, Navision, SAP)
Active participation in inventory audits.
Excellent organization skills.
Good communication and negotiation abilities.
MBA – Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant field would be preferred.
