Requirement:

Providing both clerical and administrative support

Answers all incoming telephone calls, transfers calls

Ability to handle confidential information with complete security.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Coordinate for organizing official meetings

Organized

Multi-tasking skills

Has a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
