We are looking for Customer Service Process 80-100 customer orders daily and deliver within 30 minutes
Ensure 100% data entry accuracy & delivery of correct reports by following customer service SOPs
Respond to customer queries promptly
Handle customer complaints and escalations with appropriate resolutions in a professional manner
Engage in work related correspondence with other offices
Follow up with customers on their revert relevant and related to report deliveries, and all sorts of clarifications
Perform QC on a daily basis
Attend relevant trainings as per advice
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and protect the brand at all
Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent data entry skills (speed & accuracy)
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
Attention to detail, systematic and organized
Fast Learner
Good sense of initiative, responsible and reliable
Intermediate skills in MS office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Timings flexibility
Ability to comprehend and handle work related pressures.
