To ensure full tender processes from pre-qualification to site visits, cost estimation to submitting proposals and winning new clients.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Implementing marketing tools & strategies for local & International market.
2. Make recommendations internally for new products and services to solve unmet needs.
3. Develop and provide program and/or cost proposals, bid submissions, and supportive documentation to facilitate contract awards and ongoing revenue.
4. Researching the pros & cons of the competitor’s products and taking advantage of these points in implementing marketing strategies.
5. Collecting projects specifications and submitting proposals.
6. Inspections to check the work progress at sites.
7. Regular Sales meeting with clients.
8. Arranging seminars with clients.
9. Evaluating and recommending a proper production control system.
10. Setting and monitoring job objectives for self and prospect subordinates in order to achieve set sales & marketing targets in line with the overall strategic plan.
11. Recommending certain adjustments / alignment to production & quality to maintain an edge over the competition through market and client feedback.
12. Following full tender processes from pre-qualification to site visits, cost estimation to submitting proposals and winning new clients.
