As a Junior digital marketing specialist, you will be responsible for providing digital marketing plan, execution, analyzing web data and identify opportunities to enhance digital performance, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI. This position requires presentation skills, critical thinking skills and ability to process and analyze web data sets to help make key business decisions.
Requirements:
• 1~3 years with a demonstrated experience in digital marketing.
• Implement and run digital advertising campaign across paid social, paid search, and display channels.
• Identify meaningful metrics and interpret success metrics to deliver data driven recommendations.
• Report on campaign performance to internal team and client.
• Collaborate across paid media, IT and creative team.
• Understanding of the technical intricacies of campaign tracking, website data collection, related tools and technologies, and relevant industry-wide topics (data layers, cookies, privacy, tracking tag, and data governance)
• Superior verbal and written communication and follow-up skills.
• Prior digital project management or microsite development experience preferred.
Preferred tool skillset experience:
• Google Marketing Platform
• Adobe Analytics (Web analytics)
• Adobe Audience Manager (DMP)
• Web Knowledge (HTML/CSS JavaScript/jQuery CSS and JavaScript)
• R, Python
• GTM, DTM (Tag manager).
