Seeking for Professional Call Center Agent

Duties & Responsibilities

Receive the call with welcome note and acknowledge the customer.
Ensure the customer’s conversation is not interrupted and you are listening and maintain call etiquette.
Record the customer contact information and details of the request.
Ensure that the customer requirement are understood and clearly noted down.
Use phonetics to clarify the contract information over the call to ensure that all relevant information is noted.
Classify the customer call to the technical resolution as required to the concerned department.
