Required Call Center Agent

Operator Handles and resolves customer complaints.
Answer inbound phone calls coming from customers and the branches.
Enter customer’s information in the POS machines.
Up selling products to customers
Follow up customer calls when necessary.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Requirement
Minimum one (1) year exp.as a Call Center Operator.
