Assist the department members and finance team.
Supporting the travel arrangements, including inquiries for travel request, transportation and accommodation.
Support the department in its daily work, e.g. management and translation of documents, information preparation for weekly meetings, guests’ visits, office supplies, couriers.
Assist with planning and organizing workshops, conferences, trainings.
Assist the department with placing purchase orders.
Support preparation and update of projects and their proposals, assist planning of the projects.
