ADMIN Secretary provides both clerical and administrative support either as part of a team or individually. You’ll be involved with the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will frequently have responsibility for specific tasks.

Responsibilities of the job include:

• answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence

• typing, filing, and managing admin supplies

• organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)

• managing databases

• prioritizing workloads

• implementing new procedures and administrative systems

• liaising with relevant organizations and clients

• acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients.
