• Knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation. Good communication skills.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are a must
• Proficiency in communication and math skills is imperative.
• The ability to work in a team is also an essential skill.
• The ability to work in shifts and odd hours is required.
