Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Dubai

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage a document control system, ensuring the organization and accessibility of documents.

Receive, catalog, and file physical and electronic documents accurately.

Retrieve and distribute documents as requested by team members and departments.

Ensure that documents are properly labeled, stored, and archived.

Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of documents.

Maintain document databases and ensure data integrity.

Assist in the creation and updating of document management procedures and policies.

Collaborate with various departments to meet their document control needs.

Monitor document retention periods and ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations.

Assist with document-related audits, investigations, or inquiries. Provide support in the preparation of reports or presentations related to document control.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Document Controller or in a related administrative role is plus.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Proficiency in using document management software and tools.

Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Familiarity with document retention and compliance regulations.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Commitment to maintaining document accuracy and integrity.


Salary: 3500 Dhs.
