The applicant must be available in UAE.
At least 1+ year of call center experience or in a related role
Good communication and customer service skills
Must have excellent telephone etiquette
Strong customer service management skills
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Must have good computer application knowledge
Should be able to stay calm under stressful situations
