General Purpose
Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and/or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization. The right candidate will be assign to Dubai new office.
Responsibilities
• provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• mainly doing the quotations/BOQs
• open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
• perform data entry and scan documents
• assist in resolving any administrative problems
• prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
Requirements
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Bachelor’s Degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
