Urgently required Data Entry Operator (Purchase / Sales) for a manufacturing company in DIP. (3 No.s Positions)

1 To check the Purchase request on a daily basis and send RFQ to suppliers.
2 Make comparisons and place PO after getting approval.
3 Follow up with supplier and ensure the PO is shipped on time.
4 Responsible for accurately and timely entering production (area wise), dispatch or sales related data in the company ERP system.
5 Making sales quotations.
6 Packing list
7 Any other data entry job.
8 Any other responsibility assigned by the Management.

Skills and Competency
Qualification: high School / Graduate should have good error free typing skills.
experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience in data entry.
Soft skills: Positive Attitude, Sincere, Honest.
Reporting to: Concerned Department Head.
