PROJECT COORDINATOR

Same industry experience in mandatory.
List of responsibilities:
To coordinate all operations relating to the project department as directed by the project manager.

Maintaining all documentations and correspondences related to the projects. Including but not limited to projects submittals, drawings, correspondences with customers, projects minutes of meetings etc…

To assist the project dept. in preparation of projects and tenders submittals.

Schedule the work for the installation and commissioning team and ensure that they are completing the projects according to the projects milestones and deadlines.

To handle all coordination and correspondences with projects parties regarding the project work progress.

Keep track of the situation of each project till handing over and update the ERP system accordingly.

University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (Mechanical Engineering)
Nature and length of previous experience: minimum of 3 years UAE experience in the same field. Age Range: 25-35.
