Minimum of 5 years working experience.
Logistics Coordinator (Construction) Chinese & English Speaking
Requirement:
• He has to plan all field activities related to survey and logistics of a construction site
• He has to oversee the activities and mentor the field supervisor. He also has to review his work
• He has to provide cost estimates in detail for the purpose of budgeting
• He has to ensure that all activities are in compliance with company policies
• He is responsible for approving and reviewing all the expenditures that are required to be made
• He implements strategies for disposal of waste
• He has to ensuring that all construction projects are carried put efficiently
• He is responsible for providing topography assessment in order to ensure that well developed planning is possible
• He provides daily cooperation to all field activities and all business units
• He is the one who maximizes efficiency in order to ensure cleanup activities
• He has to ensure that projects are carried out orderly
• He has to report to construction logistics manager
The skills and specifications required to work as a construction logistics coordinator are as follows:
• Must be very organized in nature
• Needs to be a good team player
• Should have the ability to develop strategies
• Must have good inter personal skills.
