Looking for Candidate with Two/Three year experience in Purchase Department in any reputed firm.
Qualification: Diploma holders in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering / B.Com Graduate
Candidate should have experience in the following field.
1) Understand requirements received from User Departments.
2) Float Enquiries, Get Quotations, Prepare Price Comparisons and forward Purchase Orders.
3) Certifying Invoices
4) Experience in procuring Spare Parts for Heavy Equipment’s, Tools, Oils, Consumables, Spares for Genset etc.
5) Working knowledge in Oracle is desirable.
6) Coordinate maintenance activities, vehicle maintenance, arrange transport for dispatching materials.
7) Knowledge of import purchase.
