Work Performed:
• Takes care of store items to be kept safe as required.
• Maintains store register and maintains the store database updated.
• Shares in preparing the annual budgetary cost for HW and accessories.
• Organizes the computer inputs/outputs and software/Hardware documentation.
• Issue report and memos to Head of IT Support to keep awareness of current library a rivals and stock availability.
• Generate a purchase requisition via SAP system to acquire any materials needed.
• Receive, store, and stock material, equipment and supplies;
• Pick, pack, prepare and securely seal material, equipment, and supplies for shipping;
• Verify and authorize receipts
• Ensure all documentation is prepared and included with shipments;
• Operate and inspect various classes of material handling equipment;
• Perform material management procedures and processes as they relate to processing various materials movements.
• Assist in inventory cycle counts as required.
Working Hours:
• Tech support specialists typically work 40 hours per week in a computer lab, Company offices and remote sites. In addition his services may occasionally be required during weekends and holydays or after working hours.
• One Specialist is required to be on call out basis during weekends, public holydays and after working hours. This will be in a rotation basis among all Specialists.
