The Role:
• The role of the back of house supervisor will be to ensure the smooth running of the BOH Operation in an organized manner, with the aim of maintaining and delivering expectations set out by the management team.
• It will be the responsibility of the BOH Supervisor to manage the back of house team through planning roasters and delegating tasks appropriately.
• Support the management team in providing a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable kitchen crew that goes above and beyond at all times.
