* Answering telephone calls * Taking calls for ON-Hires, OFF-Hires, exchanges and breakdowns * Updating Hire System * Carrying out asset audit * Logistics - Planning and Routing Transport * Chasing order numbers from customers * Negotiating Hire rental prices for customers * Raising invoices * Excellent Customer Service skills  
*Ability to multi-task *General Administration and Organization * Knowledge of Quality System * Must have UAE experience.
