We're looking for an experienced Emiratisation Recruiter to join our team! As our Emiratisation Recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying and attracting Emirati talent for our clients.

Your job scope will include attending UAE National workshops and events, career fairs, and open days to establish the Emiratisation Network. You'll also stay informed about labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure that our HR practices are up-to-date.

To attract UAE Nationals talent, you'll use a variety of recruitment tactics, including our careers website, social media, job boards, headhunting, and LinkedIn. We offer a competitive package and incentives.
