Responsibilities: 
- coordinating all aspects of owner requests, recording and tracking all pertinent communications, bookings and details of owner and guest itineraries to the highest level of satisfaction at all times. 
- attend to owner/guest checkouts and special handling of accounts 
- assist in hosting events such as children's crafts, movie night and wine and cheese receptions 
- provide shuttle service upon request for owners and guests in the property vehicle. 
- conducts pre-arrival, post-stay, and welcoming calls to all owners, soliciting feedback and ensuring delivery of the "authentically local experiences". 
- direct housekeeping contractors to ensure standards are consistently maintained. 
- ensure all owner and guest requests are actioned and/or followed up on within 2 hours of the request being made. 
- assist in building a detailed owner/guest profile database by recording all preferences, requests, and activities in the property management system. 
- assist with payroll and accounts payable procedures 
- collection and reconciliation of owners' association fees 
Qualifications: 
- an understanding of the structure and operation of property management and hospitality. 
- computer literacy a must including applications in word, internet explorer and excel. 
- self-motivated, resourceful,, highly organized, extremely detailed, calm under pressure, effective at multi-tasking, prioritizing, follow up, thinking on the run, problem solving, accountability and the proven ability to work well under pressure.
