LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, AUH - The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields like Leadership Development or Occupational Psychology or MBA with a specialist major (HR, OD, LD, or MD). Professional qualifications like BSP, CIPD or SHRM is advantageous. He must have 5 years’ experience in designing, implementing and sustaining effective leadership development, succession planning, and high potential visions, policies, programs, processes and procedures for C Suite positions and below.
