Candidates from Chemical Industry would be preferred.

Experience- 10-15 Years
Salary- Negotiable / 7-10K AED(Based on Exp)
Manufacturing/Trading/Freight Forwarding
Qualification- MBA- Logistics/SCM/International Trade Preferred

Role & Responsibilities
Looking after freight requirements of the organization for Sea/ Land Transport/ ISO Tank Operators
Pricing of Containers (20Feet/40Feet/ISO Tanks)
Cross Border Road Transportation (GCC)
Responsible for freight rates negotiation for in-bound / out-bound and handling cross trade shipments with Main Line Operators as well as with NVOCC’s.
Manage Land Transport effectively to minimise the cost and efficiency on delivery
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining on time delivery average and prompt follow up on customer inquiries
Monitor deliveries & ensuring customer satisfaction
Resolve problems concerning transportation & logistics for imports or exports
Experienced in Pricing, Handling Contracts & Freight Negotiation
Submit regular pricing analysis and report to the management for cost effective solutions.
Work on Space /slot bookings on the vessel with the carriers during the peak season for EXIM from/to Far East/ Europe & Africa
Exposure in handling the approvals & permits from Govt Agencies (COO/MOH/MOI/MOFA/SIRA/DM/EPDA/EHS/SONCAP/PVOC)
Sound Knowledge and experience in 3PL Rates & Contracts
Negotiating rates and organize FLEXI TANKS for the factory
Customer Service- Pre-Shipment Planning/Loading Alert/Vessel Sailing Alert/Cargo Arrival Alert/Detention Waivers/Correction & Amendments
Manage freight requirements of the organization by Sea & Land Transportation.
Negotiation and finalise the freight rates for all out-bound / in-bound and cross trade shipments with major shipping lines and update the management & sales team for pricing.
