Cost Surveyor Required for a company in Abu Dhabi, Cost Surveyor, with 3 to 5 years experience in construction industry. The required applicant: Should be able to determine the overall budget of a construction project, monitors cost as the project progresses, reviews the preliminary requirement of a project and puts together information to draw a contract bid. Will be primarily responsible to provide assistance in the procurement needs of the project and organization, conducts in-depth analysis of all bids received in response to each tender, proposal and quotation to identify the response that meets the needs. Must have a very good knowledge of the market, has the ability to negotiate well with Suppliers and Subcontractors He must be able to read and speak fluently in English and able to work well under pressure. Works well in a team, is keen to details and has the ability to see projects to completion Flexible and willing to work on extended hours With good experience in high end residential and high rise commercial buildings.
