Mechanical Supervisor, required for a reputed industrial refrigeration contractor operating in the MENA market GEA Grade Refrigeration LLC.
Minimum 5 years’ experience (with 1 year of supervisory) in Refrigeration. Associate Degree/Diploma in Industrial Refrigeration Technology or at least 2 years course from a recognized institute. Ability to lead, influence, train, coach, and motivate people. Ability to develop employees and maximize their skills and potential to improve the team. Strong verbal and written communication in English, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills. Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems. Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. English language oral skills.
