Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to support and enhance our technological infrastructure at our Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys problem-solving, system optimization, and working in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure smooth functionality.

Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests from staff.

Provide technical support across the company, both remotely and in person.

Set up accounts and workstations for new users and ensure security protocols are followed.

Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

Maintain inventory and documentation related to IT assets and support processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

Familiarity with various operating systems, network systems, and troubleshooting techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Good communication and time management skills.
